I predict we'll start slowly and go a goal down.
After that, I'm certain only that we will have no off-the- ball movement.
Watching Everton is like watching paint dry

Palace managed to score 4 goals against Swansea yesterday and we struggled to score 1 goal at home. I'm not to confident about this game but the players need to start getting their act together and do what they are paid for. 2-1 Everton

I still think it's funny the way they fumed after we took their greatest ever manager with simplistic ease.

But ok....

I'd actually go for a shape that we started off at Chelsea with today. They are going to have tired legs after Thursday's exertions and they dont pose much of a threat at home (scored just 6 there all season). We can get at them from the off with a 3-5-2.

------------------Robles

----------Holgate Williams Mori

---Coleman---Gueye---Barry---Oviedo
----------------Barkley

----------------------------Bolasie
-----------------Lukaku

Just take the stabilisers off and let this team play like it can.

Davies for Barry and Baines for Oviedo and we could smash them today..

One thing that we will regret when Lukaku goes is that we never played someone along side him.

The team has to change because we and RK have seen that the present system is crap. Give Valencia a chance up-front
and lets see if Barkley is up to the task of playing a central midfield role.

Oh, I forgot drop Jags. He is becoming this season's version of Howard: old, slow and error prone.

Robles
Coleman
Funes Mori
Williams
Baines
Barry
Barkley
Gueye
Bolasie
Lukaku
Valencia

Subs: Holgate, Jags, Del Boy, Mccarthy.

I'd have Barry as a starter, tbf. He's the brain in the team and the only one with a forward pass in him.
Barry has been great for us, but I think that its now time to have some energy in the side and blood one or two of the young players

Davies should have been ahead of Cleverley in the last few weeks, for sure. But I dont think he gets in the CM ahead of Gueye or Barry, tbh. He's knocking loudly on the front door though.

Deffo! Either way this is a must win game with the run of games we have coming up.
2-0 win with a high tempo 90 minutes performance would be perfect.
