What's this media bollocks going on here, no way Stoke outplayed us and deserved 3pts, won with a clear non penalty.

They are proper rimming Stoke and Hughes here.

In fairness to Stoke they didn't have a huge amount of dangerous possession but they were pretty lethal with it.

That was an absolutely wicked centre from Arnautovic for the 3rd. Just typical that it pops out for them AND on top of that he smashes it in with a good strike. Whereas we get the luck of a bounce in their box and Seamus blazes over. Its obviously not all luck, by any stretch of the imagination but it does seem that whatever can go wrong will go wrong at times.
At this point even a dead man knows we're crap at defending crosses - all you need to do is get out wide and cross the ball in. We conceded at least a goal a game this way, it's getting stupid now.

This isn't to excuse our total lack of know how, defensive frailties and the manager's ridiculous decision to not take Kone off but for me the game was lost with Naismith's back pass. We were looking comfortable and confident and then he goes and gets the nerves a jittering again.

You say that but he got ready and we scored at the very mention of him coming on, and tbf he nearly scored with his first chance.. of course he nearly got an assist for the opposition and didn't little else, but I think your being harsh.

Ah I'll side on fuming at clattenberg for now until I see the replay! Thought coleman should've gotten a pen in the 1st

Deffo should have had a pen in the 1st half mate. Again something I mentioned in the Newcastle game when we had a blatant pen turned down we didn't make a fuss of it. Coleman just jogged back and nothing was said.wait until you see the reaction of the Stoke players for their one. They won the pen because they all kicked off claiming it and the little rat Clattenberg then pointed to the spot.

Although Stones was quite poor today, it's depressing that with one of the brightest young defensive prospects in Europe, and possibly one of the best defenders in England, our defence is so diabolical.

Looks badly in need of a rest but until Jags is match fit he is not going to get it. Very poor passing today from him and was sucked in and left for dead on the first goal. Complete injustice for the last goal though.
