Reports of trouble outside the ground ahead of kickoff. Bottle throwing by the Abbey Pub.

RS fans kettled by police causing trouble.

We got caught in traffic right by the ground, my lad asked a copper what the problem was and he said that there had been trouble and that they had had to use tear gas and they had to stop the traffic till the gas had fully dispersed.
Not sure if it’s been mentioned, they turned up again with a load of blag tickets, loads got in on them and it caused chaos.

We had to shut the turnstiles to sort it out - reckon some genuine ticket holders never got in - still loads outside when it kicked off.

Not seen a peep of that in the media like…not that I’m surprised.

Very proud of the boys today - went toe to toe with them and a biased corrupt ref and didn’t bottle it - haven’t been disappointed with a draw against them for beards.

UTFT!

We are not the finished article yet - but what a breath of fresh air seeing competent footballers in every position in the team.
I can watch us for the first time in ages and not expect a major balls up from someone.
We've ditched Gomes and Gbamin thankfully - but it's no coincidence that the team doesn't include Mina, Godfrey or Holgate. Don't let any of these back into the squad. They may be 'athletes' - though generously including Mina in that term - but they have no football ability. Would have loved to get rid of these if they were not injured.

They really are a disgrace. Scum.

Let them think whatever they want already rent free in his head. He hates that the dropped points and just wants to put everton down as a team. Same with the media ect have all said how bad a team this everton team is. Was really happy with that today massive difference from last season with more players to come back to. Cant say a bad word about the players today all went out and gave there all for the team
Listened to his interview...

We dropped two points.
We felt like we lost and they thought they had won (pause) obviously.
We had enough chances to win.
Everton played aggressively throughout the match (the little cat of an interviewer would not ask the obvious follow up question)

I absolutely hate him and want him to get absolutely smashed during a game soon!

We got a draw mate. Would have loved to see Mina in that team today, but each to their own

I hope with Gana and Onana that is the last we have seen of the 5 3 2 … we genuinely seem to have the back sorted out. Patterson has been a revelation. We far from perfect as Pickford still needed to be MOTM to prevent a loss.
Biggest issue is still being clinical up front..
Forgetting it’s Liverpool we need to be taking the glorious chances we have had this game and the last.
Can say I’m comfortable until we start to score. I lost my rag when Maupay missed that chance.. what I would do for Yakubu!
I also don’t care how many kms our striker runs.. I loved Yak and Lukaku because they did what they were paid to do.. be in the right position when a chance came and score with that chance.. we need that striker.

Yes because neither Yak nor Lukaku ever missed a chance
No Siree, not one chance did either of them ever miss during their whole careers.

Hahaha… would they have missed that chance today? No ways… tell me you don’t consider their finishing next level compared to any striker we now have.. not saying we could afford a comparable player this summer.. but just saying I miss a reliable finisher.. which you can’t deny they are

if that is true, it is once again shameful behaviour.

A bit harsh, Allison was off her line really quickly and closed Maupay down.

Not gonna lie - im gutted tonight

Sat on the train home listening to blues singing a 0-0

Not sure why im so down about it tonight - other years I'd be delighted with a draw against the mutants
I know what you mean. Seems an opportunity missed but could have lost as well. I’m not happy but accept not getting beat and take the point

Not disputing for one minute that both Lukaku and the Yak were far better than what we have now. . . but I have seen both of them (and every other striker) miss 'easy' chances. No guarantee that either would have scored today.
