So much more stable at the back with Delph playing. He might be a tosser, but he's probably the best deep lying midfielder we have.

Not a bad half excluding the usual issue of the players no being able to pass a football around accurately. We don't look like scoring, but they've not been great. 1-0 FT with an Eric Dier header from a corner.

Thi sis what I meant when I've seen Townsend on the ball a few times in positions I'd actually like to see Iwobi on it.

That being said, if Iwobi was on the pitch, I'm not sure he'd be in that position because he tends to run around like a maniac not knowing he's a footballer.

Iwobi has more of a chance of impact the game in that spot than Townsend but Rafael won't drop Townsend. Andros has to be wide right because that's all he's looking to do anyway. He doesn't have a good understanding of space and doesn't open things up when central for the team.

Unfortunately I think we've had our "good" spell in this match, which is frightening because we haven't threatened them at all. We lose this.
