We need to take advantage of their tough midweek exploits, surely they'll go strong in that game to try and avenge their recent defeat to the Arse. Hopefully Gana is back because we need to be all over them like a rash.

I'm trying to get myself up for this one, not having much look as of yet though. Might change later in the week but I can only see a Spurs win atm I'm afraid. I hate thinking this way, but we're miles off that top 6 right now in both performance levels and staff. Cheery 'ker ain't I. Might feel differently come Sunday, but for now, it's a Spurs win.

Going to put this in here as well.

After 16 games of 2014/15 (Pochettino's first season), Spurs were in seventh on 24 points. That is exactly the same position that we were in before this weekend.

They beat Burnley in their 17th game to move onto 27 points from 17, but still stayed seventh.

In terms of 'big' games played up to that point, they had lost 3-0 at home to Liverpool, drawn 1-1 at Arsenal, lost 4-1 at City, lost 3-0 at Chelsea, and drawn 0-0 at home to United.

They finished the season on 64 points in fifth place.

Now I am not saying we will become what Spurs have come, but that's the model to follow.

They stuck with Pochettino, we need to do the same.

I'd stick with poch till the end of time.

I think we have to look at this game as an opportunity to put our season back on track.

Every game is important, but this is set-up for us to win at least I hope Marco and Co. look at it that way.

I have a concern for the new players, that results in these games are still living up to a general level of low expectation and that has a knock-on effect on their attitude. Be it doing well but only drawing, or just being outclassed on the day. Gomes, for example, if weighing up whether to make a permanent move or not. Surely we have to take a scalp or two to make that happen. Richarlison another. Does he see himself staying with us for 4 or 5 years, or moving to a bigger club in the summer.

Losing these type of games develops into a habit, and its one we need to shake off urgently.

But Poch is not a serial quitter either.

We couldn't beat Huddersfield, Watford, Newcastle or West Ham at home yet you think we can beat Spurs? You're deluded
