Watford are a team that our brave lion-hearts won't relish tackling.
Two very evenly matched teams here...I predict a 0-0 at full-time with the resultant penalty shoot-out won by the team that holds its nerve best

....so a Watford win then.

The best thing that can happen to a team that are rooted to the bottom of the table after failing to win a single premier league game so far this season is to play Everton next in the cup before their next premier league game. Couldn't ask for a finer confidence booster.

Shouldn't be like that but it is and has been for a couple of years with this horrendously badly managed club.

But COYB's anyway Lmao. :D

Oxford v sunderland
Burton v leicester
Crawley v Colchester
City v Southampton
RS v Arsenal
Villa v Wolves
Chelsea v United

If we can beat Watford and get into the last 8 then weve got a 50/50 chance of a decent draw...

Semi final is in Jan so by then we could have Gbamin back + be strengthened with signings.

Beat Watford and hope for a good draw.

get outta here with hope and optimism, has no place in the forum

“It's clear for me we must use this competition to use other players,” he said.
That could mean opportunity knocks for Heurelho Gomes, Domingos Quina, Dimitiri Foulqiuer, Adrian Mariappa, Andre Gray and Will Hughes while some of the star performers from the club's table-topping Under-23 team could be rewarded for their form for Hayden Mullins' side. Sánchez Flores has regularly used the young pros in training to supplement his squad and work on shape and drills since he returned to the club.

It will be another scruffy error ridden performance against a side that should be taking to the cleaners.

Has to be a good performance and it’s about time we really beat a team convincingly, I’m talking 4-0, 5-0 etc. Obviously I would take a 1-0 and in the hat for the next draw, we just need some momentum going in to the league games.
