Stuck up for him until now but .. MARTINEZ OUT! Tonight was a disgrace! Sideways football is not working and that Besic sub needs no words!
Ferguson in till the end of the season!

Also Barkely doesn't deserve to wear that blue jersey at the moment, embarrassing!

No point in passing if they all stand still in the final third can't remember the last time I saw time a team with such little attacking movement and since when has Barkley decided he has no left foot? Horrible performance with besic the only highlight. Another disappointing night freezing my balls off thanks bobby

There's a lot of one footed players in our team mate - unforgivable at this level

Some potential good news - there were a few people complaining a few months ago that away tickets were almost impossible to get. Can see it becoming much easier the way things are going. Having said that, I'm wondering why I bothered getting one for Palace.

So many questions are still without answers.
1. Why Mirallias took the penalty kick? If a player don't listen the manager's instructions then something is wrong with the dressing room, especially if this player was subbed straight after that and I haven't seen Kevin on the bench.
2. How on earth can Barkley spent all 90 minutes on the field with THAT performance? Looked like we were played with 10 man. And remember that great chance from the free kick in the beginning of the 2nd half?
3. Kone? Ok, no problem, we desperately needed another striker, cause we attacked with two DM, anonymous Barkley, only Lukaku and Naismith were the people who can score, but they have played very poor. But to give Kone only 10 minutes? And to drop Besic who had a good game. Take off Barkley instead of Besic. At least he try!
4. We played some good football last two games. We were hard to beat against City and we really battled away at West Ham and deserved more. But that's because we played direct football with a passion. And now we were back to this Spanish "ticky-taka" ala Barcelona, like we tried against Hull, Stoke and many more games, when we were predictable and too boring to watch.
5. How many more games Roberto will be in charge? Look at Bill after the final whistle against West Ham at home when he was nearly dancing, said it all really. I am afraid he will think about a change only next October when we will be seating 15th in a Championship.
6. Now it is the best time for a change. The new manager, I have no idea who it will be, will have almost two weeks till the next game and the transfer window is still open. So do it now Bill! I bet you won't...
7. The most sad thing for me that I will be at the next three games. I have waited for this journey all the way from the deepest Russia for a while. And now I am coming on one of the most depressing time for a decade.
P.S. We love you Everton, we do. But too often you hurts us.
P.P.S. TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!

0-0 same result as last season is not a defeat - a disappointment very much so - let's not knee jerk just yet!

13 games and only one win, not sure that's a knee jerk fella. People keep saying we are too good to go down etc, have they not watched us this season. We are clueless going forward and a mistake waiting to happen at the back. I'm not one for panicking but this run is starting to become a real worry...

Do you still think Baines bottled it???

Yes, unless I've missed something. He didn't put his foot down as a senior member of the squad with a set role, and the captain didn't either.

He either bottled it, or if Martinez actually changed the pen taker off the back of one miss after an incredible run of conversions over many years from Baines, then he's a clueless clown of a manager.

Either/or.

Imagine the show that Baines trying to wrestle the ball off the tool would have created ffs

Mirallas acted like a spoilt brat and should have never put his team mates in that position. He was even grabbed by his Belgian buddy and strode on.

Either/or.

Both, lack of leadership on and off the pitch on this occasion.

Spot on mate. Unless everyone is expecting Baines to chin him or better still maybe Jags runs 60 yards to tell a grown man to pass the ball to the penalty taker. What would have been a little easier is Mirallas not being such a tit, hand the ball over to that fella who ALWAYS takes the pens for Everton because...you know...he [Poor language removed] slots them in 99.9% of the time and not make him even argue about asking for the ball. Mirallas was a prick end of and can [Poor language removed] off for being a tit. I don't want our players arguing on the pitch so Baines done the right thing. For what it's worth Jags was picking his arse or something on the halfway line anyway so couldn't see what was going on.

Middlesborough 96 where too good to go down.
Newcastle 09 too.
We are sleepwalking into the bottom 3 with players falling out and shirking their responsibilities.

If Robero Martinez was called Robert Martins and was a slightly rotund chap from East Anglia he would have been jettisoned ages ago.
10 years of solid team building and togetherness undone in a matter of months. :(

Why must Everton constantly break our hearts.
