Having seen our side then I congratulate on the three points.

We were beyond shocking last week with the same side and formation (baring Anelka) and this week shall be no different. Incredibly static and distinct lack of pace. By the time we make any changes you'll probably be comfortable!

That's the spirit, Baggie man

It was awful to watch last week. We could barely string any passes together and a bunch of OAP's probably had more pace in them than us.

We will spend the game trying to contain you and then launching aimless balls into the path of Shane Long who will spend the game probably in Distin's pocket.

This week was a chance to do something different - include either Vydra or Brunt, more naturally suited to the wide roles and look to take the game to you.

If we get something I'll be staggered.

The Anekla thing must have been a kick in the sack like. Can't you's sue him?

Not really. Bereavement effects people in different ways - he's been given time off to get his head together and hopefully come back soon.

Either way, we shall need an answer because it has the potential to leave us lightweight until January if he decides to retire after September.

Blimey mate, if the reports are true and his brother died then I think he deserves a bit of time off.

His brother didn't pass away mate. He has two agents, his brother and the actual person who has passed away. I can't remember his name but apparently he and Anelka were very very close.
