I assume the game plan will be to contain yourselves and look to catch you on the counter attack which is slightly worrying given we're playing with four central midfielders. We had the same side out last week (baring Anelka) and we were very poor. Had little creativity, lacked pace and our movement was very static - doesn't help relying on your two defensive midfielders for your creativity.
I expect pretty much the same today - Brunt and Vydra would have been in for Rosenberg and Dorrans in my book.
That being said, we played 442 against Wigan last year and walked away with the three points so I guess Clarke is hoping for something similar today.
I can't see it however. I expect you to win 2-0 and by the time we make our changes you'll be comfortable.
Apparently we might operate with Shane Long out wide which doesn't fill me with great confidence. Square pegs in round holes do not work no matter how times you try to bash them in. I suspect the ball shall now be flying over Rosenberg's head rather Shane Long's - we'll no doubt look to play down the channels, as we usually do.
