Playing well. Despite Mirallas being a horrendous tit, Martinez will be blamed if we get anything less than a win. If we do win, it will be Mirallas' noble sacrifice.

I won't be blaming Martinez for this. Well, maybe for selecting the tit in the first place, but I can understand why he's at least gave him the chance.
