How massively overrated is Ruben Neves? Bangs in a worldie now and again and he’s the Pirlo reincarnated.

Bang average and totally anonymous today.

See you back at the Molineux , like I said I’m gracious in defeat ! Just hope you are when we turn you over at the Molineux , as we all know Everton are not the best away from home .
Good to see my reasons for despising your tinpot club have been further affirmed - disgusting style of play, and now I know your fans are cringey whoppers.

For someone claiming to be so gracious in defeat you actually come across quite bitter.

It was a good game anyway and Wolves are a good side, very dangerous in attack but on this occasion lost to a team that were even better in attack than them on the day.

Just heading back to wolves now , great game for the neutral , and will take what ever gloating comments on the chin that come my way . Thought Everton played well offensively , but we didn’t help our selves gifting you the first goal which is unlike our captain coady . We played very open which is very uncharacteristic of us , but new from starting both vinagre and traore we would be suspect in defence . Congratulations on the win , and look forward to seeing you at the Molineux for a bit of revenge . ;)

wolves v stoke in the extra long throw in competition should be a good game to watch in the championship next season, aslong as stoke stay up !

I should go Delph as MoM, however, as goals have been hard to come by in the PL it's Richarlson.
Need to accept gamesmanship, and not get distracted. And chase down those second balls, everytime...

Few minutes? He was on for 20.

Once he came on it was noticeable he couldn't collect the ball and at least attempt to get in to the dangerous positions we saw with Kean.

Compare that to Bernard who came on for Iwobi and made a major impact.

DCL did OK for me when he came on actually, it's a role he probably is more suited to doing (sub), fresh legs to see a game out, better at winning flicks from Pickford kicks etc. Needs binning off ever starting again though like...

Great performance, just fell asleep a few times which is a shame.

But really good overall. Could easily have been four or five.

Pickford - 7 - Claimed everything crosses wise. Made some good saves early on. Couldn't do anything for either goal.
Coleman - 6 - Got forward well but struggled defensively.
Keane - 6 - Out of position a few times but solid enough.
Mina - 7 - Immense in open play. Looked a bit dodgy from set plays. In fact, see the same for Keane!
Digne - 6 - Made up for his mistakes at the back going forward, but needs to be smarter against quicker players.
Gomes - 7- Back to normal. Second half he was exceptional.
Delph - 8 - Really, really good. Clever on the ball and calmed us down at times. But really pressed well and made some vital tackles/interceptions.
Richarlison - 9 - Just needed patience and a bit of time to get up to speed. Desperately unlucky not to get a hat-trick but his work rate going back was superb.
Sigurdsson - 8 - His best performance since Man Utd, probably. Class act on the ball and we actually got him involved. And he makes stuff happen.
Iwobi - 7 - Great header. Faded in the second half but we've got a good player here.
Kean - 6 - Just didn't quite come off for him today at times but still some really nice touches. He'll get there.

DCL - 6 - Not good, not bad. Right sub, though. Should probably have been on 5/10 mins earlier.
Bernard - 7 - Looked really sharp when he came on. Brilliant to have such a good option as him to come on.

Silva - 7 - Right team, right tactics. Just left his subs too late I felt, but not real complaints.

DCL needed to come on though. Kean was trying stuff, but it just kept coming back. He was tiring.

DCL did fine. Kean did fine.

So much better today with our system!

Look where Gyfli is and how high Rich is pressed up.

The notacable difference is on the left side - Digne would normally be past the halfway line on average. Clearly, Traore's pace meant him and Iwobi were deeper.

Gomes, also, much higher up than he has been, and that's cause we had Delph there to mop up a bit.
