That’s our style - soak it up and hit on the break. We struggle against teams who don’t open up after switching from 343 to 352, which is why we got rid of Costa and Cavaleiro. Adama Traore at RWB with his pace may change this.
Not how I remember you playing last season. Neves and Moutinho seemed to dictate more then, against us they were bypassed. Was a dreadful game though

We switched to 352 permanently around November/December after a poor run of results, and put Dendoncker into midfield to stiffen things up with Moutinho playing behind front 2 when in possession. 2 decent teams cancelled each other’s strengths, think we sat back to stop Vardy getting in behind.

Off the top of my head, I believe their post-Europe form hasn’t been great with three draws, so we should be confident at home and go for the three points.

Still, this is Everton and we typically gift clubs or players who are going through a drought.
Burnley should have been 3 up last week to name just 1,and won, they were far better than wolves

Away draw at Leicester and home draw against Man U good results, disappointing draw against Burnley. Just put 5 past Torino in 2 games though .........

That's my worry it would be so Everton to give them the first win of the season we are sadly cursed with things like this.
