Player ratings:

Pickford: 6 - Not at fault for any of the goals, but I do wonder with a young keeper if the communication with his defense is as good as it should be
Coleman: 4 - Gave away the ball needlessly for their third goal and then got completely embarrassed on the ensuing counter-attack. It pains me to say it but he's a shell of what he used to be.
Keane: 4 - It seems that teams have remembered that if you isolate him and attack him one-on-one, he will gift you opportunities
Zouma: 6 - Not the worst of the bunch but did little of note today
Baines: 4 - Perhaps it was the injury but he had nothing positive to offer today, he's clearly past it
Davies: 5 - Provides energy and the occasional burst forward but gives away the ball too much and still lacks many of the fundamental qualities needed to play at this level
Gomes: 6 - His goal was delightful but he still gives the ball away far too often for me. People will slate me but I think he's become overrated on this forum.
Richarlison: 5 - He has to be on the pitch because he's our only consistent goal threat but he was anonymous today
Gylfi: 4 - Goes missing far too often. He seems to offer nothing with his free kicks, which are supposed to be his specialty.
Walcott: 4 - I don't understand how a player with his skill and pedigree can go so many games in a row without making an impact.
Tosun: 6 - He works hard and holds the ball up fairly well, but he never actually seems to be in a position create a goal scoring opportunity.

Kenny: 7 - Had more to offer than any other defender. Would like to see him get some starts over Coleman once Digne is back.
Lookman: 5 - Slightly better than Walcott but still had very little impact
DCL: N/A

Thanks for that mate and taking the time, very generous in your assessments of some.

your scoring system is very forgiving....probably 3/4 players worthy of more than 1...

You're having a good season, we're having a terrible season, yet we can go above you tomorrow. It's all about levels. We expect better and we know we can be, this is about as good as it gets for Wolves. Who wants to join you, seriously? Some Portuguese players approaching the end of their career? This summer, any good players you have will be taken away from you. Not to mention they'd have to live in the cesspit that is the Midlands.

We sell out every home and away game, I imagine this is a rarity for Wolves. It's actually shameful that you can't sell your allocation for tomorrow.

If we 'technically' can't compete with your owners, who has spent the most money out of our clubs since they bought into your club?

In regards to our mismanagement not being on the scale of yours, I'll bring back the point of levels. You're a small club, who has a small fanbase, on one of your rare appearances in the top league. We're currently in the worst period in our history, yet we average out a position of 7th in the league. There'd be an open-top bus parade if Wolves ever manage to consistently match our performance.
The moment when walking out of goodison park after 97 mins football and smiling as I read this post again !!!
