Yes bad back out till the end of February ....Is Garner injured?
Yes, but we huffed & puffed & your right panic set in ..... how many saves did both keepers have to make ?It was the crowds fault putting pressure on the poor boys to pass it forward in the last minute when we could have played out the game for a valuable point
My arl fella was saying pump it forwards while they were pussyfooting around the back four in extra time, meanwhile my older brother was saying if they pump it forwards it won’t stick…It was simply the wrong decision to go for the win by throwing everyone forward. Those decisions come back to haunt you. That’s what should have been done between 70/85 minutes when if you do get caught there’s still time to nick an equaliser. I’m afraid Lampard got it wrong and I think that’s it for him now. We can’t go down, not with this new stadium.
I'm not sure it is as simple as "turning noses up" at Moyes. I'm not convinced any return was a serious possibility, but I think it had more to do with new owner / new ambitions / never going back type thing. Keep in mind, before West Ham had their purple patch of threatening the top 4 Moyes had come off the back of embarrassing Utd, relegation with Sunderland, sacked by WHam once, nothing in Soceidad etc. Had it not worked out at WHam, could have easy gone the way of Pardew etc
I think he will do quite well there for a while tbf. For all the "moral outrage" over the NUFC ownership, so far, they seem to be quite sensible: bring in a decent manager who likes to play the right way, dont spend silly money on garbage, build slow and steady etc. (That said, the world's richest club doesn't intend to be "top 7" forever. Like Mancini being booted for Pep, NUFC will surely upgrade at some point, and probably with a sensible choice).Bare in mind Howe did relegate Bournemouth, who knows how long he will do well at Newcastle, if he had a run at Newcastle like Frank has had here he would be out.
I'm happy to be corrected, but doesn't McNeil have 3.5 years left on his deal?!? Who in their right mind would want to buy him...If I never see McNeil in an Everton shirt ever again it’ll be too soon.
Either I've had too many vinos or I'm starting to think somehow we could turn Haaland and Mbappe and Lewandowski into stormtroopers who couldn't hit the target in a month of Sundays...Dear everton
It’s very simple. Sign a striker or 3.
