I don't want to see us starting Carsley and Neville in the centre again at home against similar/weaker opposition. Too defensive for my liking.

neville at RB, carsley and manny in the middle.

anything but hibbert at RB, utter [Poor language removed].

Tend to agree. Or Jagielka at right back, cant see Nev getting dropped though, hes Moyes golden boy.

Look how attacking their midfield is, we were always bound to be on the back foot with a centre midfield like that.

Looks like we can't control a game... at least with Carsley-Neville in the middle. They are too similar. We need a creative midfielder in the centre to keep the pressure there.

The problem with hibbo is that yes he is a great defender but he can't go forward and everyone knows, so they don't care at all about defending the left side (as hunt of reading!)

it allows teams to push on us, and its showing again. get him OFF!

Lescott on the bench, is this is a nightmare?

Actually Hibberts biggest problem in my eyes, isn't his offence.. it's his mistakes in defence. It looks like he don't have any idea where the other defenders are and therefore is on the wrong side of his attacker more often than not.

Moyes need to place him on the bench to teach him to read the game more and not just do what he feels like in the defence. Get him to understand that if he doesn't play at his best he won't play.

Well it started nice, but after there goal (where Howard stood and watched the ball come off the bar, only for Santa Cruz to follow up, leaving Timmy too far away)

Hibbert isn't playing too good, we can't string two passes together to save our life, McFadden is running down dead-ends again (did anybody notice his unbelievable footwork, when there was nobody with 10ft of him? )

Why did Lescott start on the bench?

There are positives, Arteta, WHEN he gets the ball looks useful. Baines has had some brilliant control, good crosses and tidy on the ball. Yobo looks safe, even with his skewed clearance.

We need to up it in the 2nd and get back on the board.
