With the atrocious weather conditions - the snow likely turning to solid ice tonight - will our shared torture be prolonged and the match postponed? Like death from a thousand cuts this!

If it's postponed watch them slide the fixture in at the least convenient time for us, probably right between two relegation six-pointers that will make it 3 games within 6 days or something like Sunday, Tuesday, Saturday.

Why would it get postponed, pitch will be perfect and people around the ground will surely have snow etc clearly pretty easily, it it didnt melt or rain by then

Dunno, but who knows. The powers that be and the football Gods in general appear to want Everton relegated, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Going to be extremely difficult this one but their unbeaten run has to end at some point. They aren't Man City and we showed the other week that even a side as good as Arsenal can come unstuck at Goodison.

Keeping that mask head upfront Toney quiet is the key init, should be banned him the tit.

Get into them straight away, early goal to settle the nerves.

As good as they are we battered them in the duo last season and where tonking them until brainthwaite got sent off last year in the home games.

We simply must score the first goal as when they score the first goal in games they don't tend to lose games.

The home games we have to focus on are the three played under Dyche. They're the only relevant ones. From them, we won 2 and had the chances to put Villa away too.
thats exactly it Dave. we've performed well at home, and vs Villa I would say we were set up tactically soundly, and it was only a combination of player errors at one end and just shocking/nonclinical shooting at the other that cost us.

I'm actually pretty buoyed by the last away performance, I thought we had plenty of opportunity to dispatch them, plus a debatable penalty not given.

saying that... wouldn't mind tomorrow's game delayed to allow some players more time to recover from injury.
