I’d start with this team to be fair.

3-4-1-2 formation.

Pickford

Holgate coady tarkowski

Iwobi onana garner McNeil

Gordon

Dcl Maupay

Could obviously swap Gordon and iwobi around aswell, or even garner and gueye. Think Mykelenko needs a rest he’s been very poor, and seamus I don’t think 3 games in a week will do him any good poor, looked well off it against newcastle.

Pickford
Holgate Tarkowski Coady Vinagre
Onana Gana Iwobi
McNeil DCL Gray

Let's give McNeil a chance to actually serve a ball to a proper target man.

Coleman typically marshals Zaha well but he is getting targeted. Would be tempted to go Holgate just for extra pace.

Would like to see Vinagre given a shot, if we're going to have Coleman or Holgate on the right I think we need someone who will look to overlap and get crosses in on the left. At least until Patterson is back.

It's a good time to freshen things up.

Would certainly start Garner. With it being a home game Vinagre is someone who should start sooner or later but Frank is probably just reluctant to disrupt the regular backline after all the issues last season.

Will go for 1-1 which will have feeling of not enough.
Yeah Garner has looked good, not sure he is being saved

Did it last season.

I expect an unchanged back 4 with only Garner coming in...it should be for Gueye who has stunk the place out for weeks.

I'd defo go for two strikers...who together could make one decent effort.
It could be for Gueye but also Onana, its an either or, but i fear Onana is a must start because of the fee

Crystal Palace missing Doucoure is big for us, really good player. Need our midfield to shut them down and not give Zaha / Eze / Olise any time.
yes, it will be Milovevjic coming in who is not mobile nor creative. I think it will be 0-0.

Palace inconsistent, will likely play on back foot and Everton solid on defence but light up front.
