It needs to be remembered we had 3 inernationals missing from our back four today, two replacements are kids, the other one hasn't even put his passport away.
I think in part we had to protect them and let them settle into a frenetic game, once they settled we tried to play football but also we tried to release Lukaku.
I have seen comments of showing no respect, I think the Kone substition proved we wanted to go an win the game and showed good intent
Overall slightly disappointed with the point, but a good point

It wasn't an awful result of an awful performance, we simply missed Coleman and Baines players who can put a good ball in. I thought Naismith should of been taken off far earlier as he was awful. I was in the Gwladys Street today I thought our fans were great the first half, however I think a lot of fans became frustrated with our pedestrian play in the 2nd half. Kone should of been brought on far earlier as it was obvious that Lukaku was knackered and needed some help up there. Hopefully we can put this game behind us and just focus playing stylish but direct football.
