He then doesn't take part in the shooting drills.

To be fair there was 3 or 4 times during the Live recorded training last week that Rich held his calf, so that made it look not good to then he was off video for a few mins, then back again lol

My point was games we didn't deserve to lose and games we rode are luck to come away with all the points,you could add the Spurs away and Chelsea/Arsenal home games to the Derby win as deserved to win,i was thinking more of the games we scraped a win,Southampton home,West Brom away among others.
Still can't think of a game we didn't deserve to lose......

Godfrey's a defender, and Davies has played well in holding midfield.

Fair enough, hadn't realised King is cup tied.

Yes, Davies has done okay, but for me he still lacks a yard of pace. Against City you need legs, and without Doucoure we are severely lacking in midfield. I just fear that any 2 from Gomez, Davies, Allan or Siggy in a central midfield roll will be bypassed to easily and played around. Godfrey can play defensive midfield and would certainly get stuck in to them. He would also bring the energy we miss from not having Docoure.

Plus we can then bring Mina back into the middle of the defence, sit deep, and hit them on the break
