Poor game bur certainly not complaining at huge 3 points.

Reminded me of so many games from March last season. Not under siege but having the run of the ball at 1-0, that Benrahma shot that hit the post and ran along the goalline was pretty identical to the one in the Chelsea game. Goodison Park certainly dosen't want to grace the championship before it retires itself.

Maupay wasn't involved much but fantastic snapshot winner. Begovic showed again he's a very solid back up keeper.

Getting first goal at home is huge for this squad tbh.

MoM - could easily have given it to Iwobi (again!), or Gana but my vote goes to Mr Tarkowski - had a cracking game, and loved it when he was straight in there towards the end when that bloke flattened Gana!

Looking extremely solid at the back. Nice to see for a change tarkowski and coady both in the face of scamaca? after he took out gana, how many times have we seen that happen in the past and not one player would have shown that level of support for his teammate. For me a couple of leaders at the back that will/is spreading through the team.

WHam had 14 corners ...in years past that would have meant we'd concede 2 or 3 ! Solid defensively ..... COYB !
