..not particularly criticising because we are bringing players through, but I can’t think of any of our youth coaches in recent years who aren’t ex-players. Unsworth; Jeffers; Sheedy; Tait; Jevons; Jeffers; Ferguson; Ebbrell.

It's not that he's not trying, he can't play under pressure. The RS have been right on top of him all night.

Another goal from quick, direct play - it's almost mechanical in operation, but very effective.

The Jeffers situation is the bigger concern tho.

can see a repeat of this in a couple of weeks with the first team
and this game is making vlasic look terrible making it more likely hell stay with the u23s, not that he should be there in the first place

yip. watched it hoping for some saturday night pick me up after the dismal palace game,,,wonder if this is what depression is like? I know they tried their best, gave their all,,,but ffs,,, 4 nil against liverpool....

Mind boggling that a team containing Garbutt, Beni, Walsh, Besic, and Vlasic could lose so heavily.

Its like he runs in quick sand... all the injuries have took its toll and anything he had, I think the performances this season have proved its gone.

i only seen the 1st half and while liverpool were the better team it was quite end to end and we had some great chances to score.
