I can sort of see the reason why, to put him in a window to help him get a club but surely any interested clubs know all about him by now.
I accept that with players we’re trying to sell, absolutely. We’re not a charity though, he’s had plenty of time to find a club and if none are interested none are interested. Don’t think we should be picking players who we have no intention of keeping ahead of young lads who could use it as a springboard.

In all seriousness though, i have no issue with Connolly etc playing while they’re under contract, but charsley is a step too far. If that carries on then I agree with you that it’s not acceptable.

I definitely agree but it's a bit of a balancing act, good to show young players that put the work in we'll look after them even if they don't quite make it with us.
Things like that always make you a good proposition for parents maybe deciding where to send their kid.
