Interesting that, thanks for this. I know a few lads of ours are highly rated in this year group. The right back is well thought of.
Jensen Metcalfe is the same age and is more highly thought of here, but not at international level, which is always interesting.
There’s another u17 Training camp starting today , usually with another 26 ish names , so there may be more of our u17 involved in that. Emilio Lawrence featured and scored a couple of goals for the then u16s back in May so I’d expect him to be there. I don’t think any others from Everton were involved then , although both Barker and Roman Quintyne were involved last year.
Sometimes the large number of players called into the squads is a bit hit and miss until the competitive games start and I know the England u17 coach Justin Cochrane was nabbed by Man Utd the other month, not sure if he’s been replaced, so the actual team may not settle down for a bit.
