It was an Everton player (May have been Jack Tierney), that got Injured, may have been with bad concussion, but i am not certain, from what i can tell from what i am told

Been told it was Jack butler for the 16s match that was injured and the paramedics had to take him to hospital so 18s game was abandoned due to no other ambulance on site

That sounds a bit more like it, was wondering did txt mean that as they had to wait for a 2nd ambulance, sounds like bad concussion if that was even true

I was just told it was a neck injury that's all I know at the minute

Another wonderful example of openness and transparency... Bound to be bad news. No news is Bad News with this lot. Can't understand why they can't just tell us what is going on. If it's a bad injury, there's nothing that can be done to change it. Not talking about it does absolutely nothing.

Maybe they don’t want the kids family to find about his injury on social media

There’s a lot to criticise the club about, this isn’t the one to do it over, the Academy team will have been busy trying to sort an ambulance, contacting the kin of the player etc all bigger priorities than updating a social media account

A shocking lack of foresight from our academy director/U 23 manager. Joe Anderson would provide more balance or if he wanted to put John there he shouldn't be shoehorning the 3 centre halves in.
