Absolutely fantastic 1st half that, could have easily been 4-5 nil up.

Dobbin fantastic, Simms fantastic, Hughes excellent, Warrington keeping things ticking over, Onyango getting some good minutes under his belt.

More of the same please, we looked sharp, quick and a real threat up top.

Right from the off he wanted to just beat his man. Having a fantastic game so far.

Best first half performance so far this season, Loving that Dobbin has stepped up his game again , he definitely faded at U23s after his first team call up , but right back into form and great to see.

This is the strongest team we can put out at this level (excluding Gordon going back down), so I’m glad people are raving about the performance.

I’m guessing Simms & Branthwaite are playing as they’re both coming back from injuries.

Everton u23s beat Brighton u23s 2-1 and move from 12th to 8th with there 2nd win in 2 and now have taken 7 points from 9, but they didnt have make hard work of that 2nd half, maybe a touch lucky in the end to win, Next u23s game is away to Spurs this Friday with a 7pm ko

Great goal by Brighton, Ferguson played really well for them.

All in all that was an enjoyable game to watch that and a welcome 3 points.

Feeguson is a real talent. Irish lad highly rated before he went to Brighton.
