Everton Youth Teams Thread

Stienson and purdy gone now - jumped before being pushed?

Keep going Moshiri - don't stop at least til you get to unsworth.
Before the announcement the majority of Evertonians wouldn’t havea clue about Steinsson ,Purdy and their roles , but it seems Benitez now has complete control over transfers. As this is the Youth Thread, the worrying implication is that for the next 9 months we’re unlikely to sign any youth players and will remain on the sidelines while talented youngsters on the market go elsewhere. Although it could be argued we’ve been on the sidelines for the last few years anyway ?‍♂️.
If you’re “ Keep going Moshiri” is a belief that Moshiri and his current Board have the footballing knowledge to fix this mess on their own I fear you’re going to be disappointed.

the athletic saying benitez cost us any chance of getting livramento in the summer cos he wanted 'experience'. what a divvy
Begs the question why the athletic couldn't be bothered report this at any point prior to Brands leaving. Almost like its just Brands trying to save face now Livramento is flying.

Dont forget the Everton u18s v Fulham u18s FA Youth Cup 3rd round game tonight 7pm ko from Goodison, its Live on Our YouTube channel and Fulham are showing it as well, Winners play sheff utd or Millwall, who play their game this Wednesday

I assure you, this isn't an endorsement of Moshiri or Benitez or belief that they have a scooby do what they are doing, but I am glad that there are some changes happening, especially with scouting and would like further changes to the academy and youth set up, as it's been a wasteland for far too long.

Weather Benitez is the manager to put that right that is another question.
