Everton Youth Teams Thread

Everton u18s are back in Premier League Cup action tomorrow morning home v Southampton, needing a win by 2 goals to be guaranteed of a place in the Quarter Finals (While hoping Chelsea don't get a massive win at Derby in the group), or Everton will be hoping to be the one best 2nd placed team from the 7 groups, which looks a touch unlikely at the minute.

While Sunday at 1pm, 5th placed Everton u21s have their last league game of the year as they are away to current leaders Arsenal u21s, Everton are only 1 point off the top. The game as ever is not Live due to a prem game taking place same time - Everton's last 6 league games have gone Lose/Win

I think they need to win that cup game versus Southampton just to keep active, f they are like the U21’s whose game versus Arsenal is their last until the new year, a huge gap that.

The U21s still have 2 games to play before their break, against PSG in the International Cup on Wednesday then a Premier League Cup game against Southampton next Sunday, both at the Women’s team ground at Walton Hall Park

The draw for the next round is next week, theres one more match in the northern section to be played, Grimsby v City u21. We’ll be drawn at home to one of the other 7 runner ups from the northern section. Second round ties are scheduled for the week beginning November 28. Hopefully any u21s who go with the first team to Australia will be back by then.
