His demanding of the ball really is great to see.
He loses it sometimes but it first seem to affect his confidence. It would be different with 40k fans like but you wouldn't want him to lose that skill set he has, he likes the ball, tries all kinds of passes, likes to drive with it.....he'll be in with a shout for minutes i reckon.

I see Price is being linked with a switch from Northern Ireland to England.
It did seem odd to take Price off, inevitably it changes the shape and Butterfield needed to get up to speed with the game, although it was the full backs who were out of position for the 3rd goal. Overall though a good learning experience for them.

Isn’t he quite young? Also does anyone know what’s happened to jenson metcalffe Injured ?
I‘d say he’s made a step recently . He was a contender for MOTM in the recent Youth Cup win , playing midfield wide right , and started last nights u21 game in the middle of the the three . Not quite as good as his Youth Cup performance , but that may well have been his first u21 start.
Metcalfe has been out injured for a while, ACL injury , but is back training again and it’s been reported he’s not far off making a comeback.
