Made the bench in the 1-1 away draw at Old Trafford (Townsend) and thats about it.He was relatively near the first team when Benitez was here though but then spent about 2 years injured
I liked Alan Irvine when he was our Academy Manager , and I thought it seems a good fit age wise from Moyes to Irvine to Baines , then i realised Irvine is 66! As I’m older than him I’m the last one to be ageist , but hopefully there’s a plan somewhere to bring younger coaches like Seamus into the system.
