I was talking other buisness, this just came up at the end.
I watched Linfield in a cup game about a year ago , champions of NI , not a great standard first team wise but they seem to attract top quality youngsters. I know they lost a couple of highly rated youngsters to Villa last season, it’ll be interesting to see who we get and his age .
The league standard is improving as clubs are moving to full time. He was a Villa scout for years previous.

Makes it more attractive to youngsters that they can do this as their full time job rather than part time alongside stacking shelves in Asda.

West ham got themselves a good one from linfield too, Marshall who made his international debut few months back. Scored in the fa youth cup final and scored for their u21s tonight
