Think you nailed this except for the goalie. Looked like Lukjanciks played the full 90 to me. Certainly didn't help that the commentators called him Pickford for the entire game.

Aye no, you're right, 12 throughout. I think the team sheet threw me off. They talk about Pickford in the shootout but must just be a passing comment about us having him.
