Dixon lively and displaying skill once again , he definitely distinguishes himself from everyone else on the pitch especially beto and lindstrom

I'm totally disillusioned with our club
It's frighteningly worrying.
I was looking forward tonight to watching some young talent but apart from Dixon and Armstrong it is clearly lacking

But devil’s advocate, wouldn’t two making out of any one group be pretty good? Dixon and Armstrong making it would more than make up for the rest not, and both do look very decent.

Yeah the senior sides are almost always favourites in these games, it’s good experience for the 21s to go up against them but shouldn’t be expecting results.

…it’s been a meteoric rise for the lad, it’ll take some time to settle.

Why?

Because it's just an U21s cup game against a senior League 2 side - it's not that deep.

Forwards looking average League Two level (if that) and defence pretty questionable (not helped by midfield not picking up runners), apart from Dixon. Tamen looks a little slow? It was a strong team on paper but?
