Should be out on loan with immediate recall clause.
He's still very young, but clearly talented, let him go and make a lower league team tick for a season. Get a bit of that mental fortitude needed for his position by playing in actual competitive games.

Hellas Verona - Everton FC 1:2 (1:0). Goals: Pellacani; Virtanen 2. Everton dominated the game, but the Italians were improving. Grabbing a deserved equalizer but the English held on at the end.

Or rather, UEFAs own u19 Champions League has caught them out and the big boys haven't shown interest in the Next Gen Series.

That looks a young side swisso. How is jones getting on. Is rated by some of the others who watch the academy on here.

Wouldn't say it was that young really, it's first and second year scholars, there's 14 first years so the average age of the U18s will lean more towards the 16 year olds than the 17/18 year olds 
I like Jones, should be a centre mid really but is often played on the wing.
