It's great to see that Brewster is a genuine two footed goalscorer . Our Academy has encouraged/taught two footedness throughout the players and some are better at it than others. It's interesting how we set up those players who may be two footed but have a stronger foot e.g Dowell playing on the right and cutting back inside to curl left footers into the net, Broadhead playing on left and cutting inside to curl in right footers. If we could sort out the defense it would be interesting to see Gerri playing on the left and doing the same for the 1st team.

I whisper this quietly but it reminded me of a Michael Owen type finish. In his pomp the little beaut never looked like missing one on ones. I'll take that all day as well. Brewster looks like he can hold the ball up, can finish and looks like he enjoys scoring his goals. Been very excited to be able to see him play live.

......let's not forget that at that age Ownen wasn't far off playing in a World Cup for England and scoring a wonder goal against Argentina. I like Brewster but he's been on loan at Stockport playing alongside lads I saw not long ago in the Liverpool Sunday Premier League.

They brought him on as a sub in midfield in the last game, so they must have confidence in his ability to play there.
Brendan Galloway didn't make the England u21 match day squad against Switzerland , which must be a disappointment for him, though resumably they've got another game soon. 0-0 at half time , on BT Sport but I've no interest in it.
