ImpressiveFollowing dreadful recent results, performances and general mismanagement of the club from top to bottom and some discussion with "MINT" this morning.
We wanted to find ways of brainstorming ways on which we as fans can drive Everton in a more positive direction.
We wanted to create it as an open forum as possible, where we all get a say and polls etc to decide on what action should be taken.
We're sure we can all agree that we as Evertonians deserve better.
We don't care where you come from, how often you attend games or if you travel away. We only care about if you're a blue and love the club.
We want to state that although we started this thread, we're in no way setting ourselves up as a leader, this is designed as a collective to drive Everton to better and a way of giving as many of you a voice as possible.
We feel that we as a group of fans need to act now while the media spotlight is on us as a club and drive that negativity into a positive.
Thank you.

The club does seem to me to be on a downward trajectory and so key interventions are required I think. One I believe is changing the ownership for one with the firepower and value add to regain stability and take the club to the next level, the other is improving the fan mindset and contribution. Ideally, this should all be done as positively and constructively as possible
I think a key thing is in taking a step back and considering different ways in which to think about the club and how to engage with it
If more fans are able to take a big picture view, I think that will be helpful. I think somehow building understanding of the role of the players and the reality of the position they're in would also help. Maybe sessions can be set up to provide more in depth info and to increase actual interaction with players and staff, building knowledge / empathy for what's going on, rather than being remote critics
I think it is key that fans understand how they can best support the club through difficult times and make a constructive contribution in those circumstances
Are clearer fan leaders needed - maybe ex Everton players?
