We need a transparent fan group.

A fan group with a visible, articulate spokesperson.

A fan group who have well thought out, long term objectives - with all activity towards those objectives.

Our neighbours provided the blue print. Jay McKenna/Spirit Of Shankley were very effective at what they did.
Why I thought a forum is a good place, open, ideas shared, using polls to decide on the action.

Moshiri is obviously a problem but with a proper board in place and as a hands off owner, his damage can be limited.
In an ideal world he sells up but that requires a buyer to buy at what he values his investment at.
Hence for me, need to concentrate on things that can be changed.
I think Moshiri can certainly look to sell the club and that should be a focus area, although agree that may not be possible overnight and there should be a range of other priority actions to improve the fan contribution

I'm up for chemically burning "sack the board" into the Goodison pitch.
Your original post is very sensible. This is verging on the type of extreme talk though that I think needs phasing out. So many fans on here are extreme and absolute in their comments, whilst seemingly detached from reality

I don't think its as simple as sacking the whole board, and they may not all be doing a bad job

Changing out the owner and possibly the Chairman as well as adding 2-3 experienced non-exec directors though seems like a good place to start

I’m on board.

Nuke the Park End, ban the dars, boooooo boooooo etc.

Done. I feel better already.

The chemically burning "sack the board" into the pitch is obviously a joke, chemicals required, the fact it would mean trespass and criminal damage.

The message of "sack the board" is a real one, the dismissal of the board and Lampard are essential in my opinion.

I just think Graeme Sharp for example didn’t join the Board that long ago. I don’t know whether Grant Ingles deserves the sack. Sacking everyone would mean no continuity

Appointing a new Chair (selected by new investors) would give them the ability to then decide who to keep and who to change

I don’t think there are non execs at the moment - that could help

But overall I think the key thing here is the ownership. New owners with more firepower and fresh outlook would help more than anything

Sharp for me feels like he was made as a job for the boys appointment because he toes the company line.
