TBF who we sign is never the finished article - so in some ways i take it all with a pinch of salt, there will always be a question over them. We never sign the finished article but we improve the vast majority of players that come to the club, for that reason there is always cause for optimisim.

I do want to be all rational and like 'we wont play well til January again, stop it with the optimism ya bunch of cabbages' - but I can't help but think this season will be different! Though it wont be...

it was done before the end of the previous summer, remember grayson saying he had signed but either side could of pulled out up to a certain point which they didnt and then there was that ken bates vid maybe on youtube saying why is he leaving leeds to join a '2 bob club like everton' at there end of season awards do
