Loving that clip......never saw that before.

Thise arl tarts......brilliant.

I was in Rotterdam with my dad the night if the final but I am reliably informed my arl ma, God rest her, was out with other women dancing in the streets of Garston that night ;)
as above..

I was merely an introverted 13 year old kid on the other side of the world proudly wearing his Everton shirt everywhere as we stood top of the world.

I can only wish my 13 year nephew, who has followed his Uncle and turned down his red dad, gets to experience a similar joy. It gets harder for the Everton kids every year at school. Even here in Australia.

We were both up at 6.45am yesterday watching an online stream and chatting on skype during the match. He deserves better....

Love this home video footage, not just because of what it meant. It shows what Goodison Road looked like 32 years ago. Such a great video. Happy times - oh, to be able to experience this again!

I remember the parade in 1995 too, I stood on part of the current Everton 1 megastore frame for a better view, as it was still getting build back then.

.....thankful that it's in colour.

No one seemed the slightest bit put out that a pony wearing an Everton cap came trotting down just before the bus lollol

I was really unwell that day, like seriously ill! But i thought, there is no guarantee Everton will do this again, so i made myself walk up to the main road and although i felt awful throughout, there was something magical in watching that bus go by, seeing those gods holding that trophy? And it brought to mind me earliest memory, which was sirring on my dads shoulders watching the 63 team parade the title and my dad saying to me, remmeber this lad, you will never see his like (alec young) again! I think that is why we put up with the torture and the disappointment, why we rage at some of the tripe we have to watch and why we should all feel so sorry for those who have only ever seen the tripe and the mediocre. It will come back folks, it will, amd when it does, no amount of illness or pain will spoil the moment!

I remember the 77 open bus after the league cup final draw, bit strange looking back , every blue was proud.remember chasing after the bus ,then jumping on a number 30 bus to follow it into town.

I got the same train back as the players and we ended up in their coach! I've got a photo on my wall at home of Bob Paisley (who was in the Everton coach, can't imagine that these days!) and Howard Kendall with the cup, and me and my dad behind them. Dad got Howard to sign it many years later. Happy days!!

The F.A, Cup is far more important than most now think. That win gave Howard's team confidence. They had been on the big stage and had won. The Cup cracked the drought for Man C recently, saved Wenger etc

Winning the cup is not just an end in itself but gives a team confidence and gives ambitious players the desire for more. Perhaps if we had gone on and beaten Chelsea a few years ago things would have developed differently.

If Everton won the cup there would be a huge outpouring of blue emotion in the city to welcome the team back and they would see for themselves just how big a successful Everton is and could be.

Brought a tear to my eyes. Great days indeed to be a blue. As Tim Cahill once said, " I f...... love this club." I was lucky enough to go to every game home and away for that cup run. Too many tales and stories to tell but I can remember every single minute of it
