This is why I'm not a big fan of the FA Cup, Arsenal won it the other year meeting a load of no hopers on the way to the semis (two non league sides too) you don't have to play the best to get far just be lucky.

Didn't they get a non league side in the quarters or something extraordinary?

I love the randomness of it tbh. Makes it exciting. You still have to win, and if you get a bit of luck then good for you.

You need either a world class squad or luck in the draw to win trophies and we have none.

Man City, Arsenal and Chelsea are notorious for getting easy games into the semi's and they more often than not the sides who have won the thing the past decade and in Citys case they could dispatch any side they come up against with ease - they are sublime under Guardiola.
