To win either cup, chances are you have to play and beat City. May as well do it in the quarters.
Cant understand this thinking.Going to have to play the best teams at some point. If we get to the final, we would have likely had to play City anyway....QF is as good a time to play them as any.
Barnsley in the Semis
I mean just our luck to get draws like this but if we can keep going Tottenham already ticked off
Very pessimistic there footballs not that cut and dried. Spurs are probably better man for man and look what happened.Cant understand this thinking.
Why do we have to face City at any point?
Could we not have seen City taken out by Chelsea or United and then coasted through the QF and SF against Bournemouth or Sheff Utd or S'ton; then faced a one off against United, Chelsea or Leicester?
This is a disastrous draw. With a full Goodison, maybe. That's not to be. They want this and they'll demolish us.
Get a grip Dave, ffs.Cant understand this thinking.

See it as an opportunity to knock our biggest rival out for it.If we want to win it, we’d have had to play them at some point no doubt.
I’d genuinely rather not play City in a season curtain closer final when they’ll no doubt have a fully fit and well rested squad to choose from.
If City aren’t going to win the FA cup, someone needs to beat them at some point, might as well be us init.
