And therein lies the problem. Don’t think he has been for the last 4 years. Should never have signed a player with such an appalling injury record.

Id put him as 5th in terms of our current CM’s I’d want to see playing in a 4-4-2. Still, the last 3 are some way off the first 4. Flog him immediately.

Hopefully it's just a bit of media spin to try and force either Leeds or Villa into making a move. The lad has no role at this club he's always injured, mediocre at best and his attitude stinks.

I would have him plum last out of that list. He is often a red card waiting to happen, as he was in his latter days with City. If you are getting sent off playing in Pep's team, who tend to have a monopoly on the ball, then you really are finished at the top level. Add in his general attitude 'everyone is ****' and arguing with fans on social media. Get shut at the first opportunity.

He also has massive self belief and thinks he should've been playing 1st team football at City, that's we he left, thinking he'd be the man here. With our new signings, I could definitely see him doing the same with a Burnley or a West Ham. If not them, then maybe a promoted team like Leeds or West Brom.

He's massively unlikely to get a start with these newcomers now here.
Leeds will come knocking TDD at five minutes before it closes.
I find it hard to believe that Carlo and Moshiri haven't factored in getting shut of such players to permit our current spending spree.

Problem is that until Gbamin is fit we have Allan and Doucoure as competent defensive midfielders. Delph is probably our next best after that otherwise we are once again one injury away from Sigurdsson or Davies playing deep midfield again. I’d keep him until Gbamin is fit again and maybe sell in January or next season.

I'd be surprised if he hasn't been told he's surplus to requirements. Was he even on the bench yesterday? He's been seen in all the training videos so there must be a reason he hasn't had any minutes.

Why does everybody hate him so much? Heard about some comments, but don't know/remember exactly what happened.
