2019/20 Fabian Delph

Don't worry Joey, he'll probably be injured. :)

Press Conference will see Fabian unavailable for selection on Saturday. Leave it to the club to spin the most acceptable reason why - injured, disciplined or just plain dropped I don’t know or care - but he will have been so hurt that he can’t make amends this weekend.

Tough call on the media lads how they play this one out over next day or do. I reckon there’ll be a statement tomorrow but that doesn’t fix the next two and half years of his contract. A long way back for Delph.

The reason will be the classic “not focused” on the game or some other line they usually come up with when their just not up for it

We
Well... This may well have been sanctioned by the Club

Na there is no way the club would have sanctioned that, especially in the current climate. Just the Daily Mirror, trying to [Poor language removed] stir again, horrible paper and sports writers mostly of the red persuasion.

The Toffees will splash just over £80million on wages their players this year, which is within touching distance of Champions League side Tottenham and multi-Premier League winners Arsenal .

Within touching distance of Tottenham's £90m annual wage bill, and Arsenal's annual wage bill of just a tad under £100m. :hayee:

Our wage bill is about double of that.

80 million is way too low.

Yeah our wage was around 142m last accounts, Spurs was 146m I think.

Arsenals is over 250m.

Playing on front of fans who expect success for the first time and thought he could rock up and boss it because he won the league with City.

City have a dock off banner saying "we're not really here" and Villa have been relegated in their recent history. With the recent investment we demand to be back where we belong and not glad to be where they are like City and Villa.

Would probably do alright at Bournemouth.
