He's already said something about his attacking qualities, implying he might choose Apzilicueta when he needs more defensive cover. Bear in mind Hazard plays LW and does little tracking back.

I think he'll either stick with Luis and make Ivanovic a first choice CB, using Terry as cover. Or he'll rotate Ivanovic, Luis and Apzilicueta for the fullback positions, depending on what team they're playing. Fact is though, for 6.0 I'm only going for a guaranteed starter. Same goes for Cech/Courtois -- if Mourinho came out now and said which was number 1, I'd make them my keeper as I think Chelsea will have the best defence this year. But 6.0 on someone who's not 100% sure to play is just too much.
 
What do people think of Rodwell for 5m? Can't see him getting loads of assists, but he'll certainly get the minutes right?

Also, I know we shouldn't speak of the RS and all that, but what do people think of Sterling? Overpriced at 8.5m?

Rodwell isn't worth it. You know he's always injured and he's a dm which is useless for fpl.

Sterling is great value. Gw4 for me.
 

Rodwell, for 5m, as long as he stays fit (big ask I know) then he'll get the minutes and ultimately pick up points here and there. Not bad for player to 'pack-out' the bench.

I really fancied Sterling originally, but when you look at Mata, Ramsey and Fabregas all for just 0.5 more...it got me thinking.
Do you think Sterling will out-do all those others?
 
My team without any RS.

I also traded in Costa for Remy. I can't trust how well he'll perform in his first season here, especially under Jose.
Plus he's funny looking and no-way is he only 25.

My defence is pretty weak. Can't decide if it's worth paying for a better defence and sacrificing an expensive midfield player.

No, but he'll be up there.
 
Think I've redone mine several times now. My midfield is insane but I don't know about the rest xD

Any thoughts lids? Any people I should consider changing about?

EDIT: Changed it about again. Debuchy and Bruce out for Coloccini and Huth, Johnson out for Arnautovic.

Will Coleman play on Saturday? You could bring in Baines for the same money.
