First transfer window has left alot to be desired

Aside from not getting the striker, it's not been too bad really

We're just not an attractive team for players at the moment, even if we offer them big money

But yeah, not getting a senior, first team ready, back up striker is going to be an issue

I bet Lukaku is fuming, we've given him no help up front

I wonder how different that transfer window would have been had he not bought shares in the club. The answer I'm thinking of is not very.

I'm not really bothered, with the money flowing around in the game now you just need a manager who's able to spend it wisely.

....my concern is the possible dependency on Stones going before we spent. Lots of high-profile links in the early window but none landed. We've broken our transfer record but it's hard not to feel a little underwhelmed given the names banded about.

On the playing front I still fear we will be no better than mid-table, I think we need to see some real action and not words on the stadium. The jury has to be out for me, time will tell if we have the real deal.

The Bolasie transfer proves there are players to get if you are willing to pay the price

Mosh dont want to spend any money on Everton. We still have to sell to buy. Lukaku will go next summer and Barkley the year after that. He hopes Koeman can build something on that and a bit of paint on Goodison and the new tv deal will make him a profit when he sells his shares in 3 years.

He has had several months to prove he has ambition. The new stadium is just a smokescreen and his marquee signings on transfer deadline day was a kid from league one and a no name 5 goals a season squad player from West Ham.

Now I'm not saying he hasn't got the money or that he's taking us for a ride, because I genuinely think he is good for us

But

He needs to realise now that if this stadium etc isnt sorted soon he will lose the fans, and once he does that hes screwed.
We've had an awful transfer window, which can logically be explained by lack of europe, teams messing us about and stupid transfer fees. Should this happen again next summer big questions need to be raised but for now I still trust the guy, tiny seeds of doubt have most certainly been sewn however.

Sort it out Mosh!
