even if everton or moshiri were to make a statement now saying white has been taken in by an elaborate hoax all the thickos, the unhinged and the kopites on here would say "of course hes going to say that now"

It's possible. Just saying I want more than a text message to Jim White about it, given Everton are supposed to be a professional business and have their own media channels.

I have no doubt we're capable of being complete amateurs, as we've proven lately, but I need more proof than a Jim White tweet that our chairman is a confirmed clown of the highest order.
Chairmen talk to the press all the time. The Palace one for a start is never out of the spotlight.

They're billionaires. They think they can do what they want.

The lack of denial is bigger proof than JW's tweet.

TBH if it was via text I doubt he could of got the full text into one Twitter picture.

I think he has said it, I've only just got in and not been on here much today, so when I checked this thread and the uproar I thought it must of only just been said/reported, checked Whites Twitter page and its 5 hours ago. It would of been denied by now.
Not necessarily, he may not even be paying attention to any of this.

Absolutely spot on
I think there's a bit of blame that goes to Moshiri as well. I think he got a nose bleed once the fees needed to sign players this window became apparent and every club and player we went after was no better.

Someone said it was like going to buy a pair of shoes and walking into a ship and all the shoes cost a minimum of £500 and thinking I'm not going to pay that. Then leaving and going to the next shop and then the next and the next etc

Until eventually you realize that's now just the price of shoes and if you want them then you need to pay the money.

Well what happened was Moshiri thought. "Bugger that. We can go barefoot".
