Which manager should we have signed in the summer so that we would now be top of the table pal?

SOME clubs can sack managers every couple of months because

a) they are dealing with lower-tier managers with much smaller compensation packages; or

b) they have such huge cash reserves that they can afford to write of an extra £10m a year in compensation for sacked managers.

Chelsea fit in category B. Where do you see us?

I see us in the Championship under this chump of a manager. I didn't say we should be top of the table ,PAL!

Why so arsey lad, not your fault he's failing.

Your example re Moyes was simply incorrect.

Your example of Chelsea simply ignores the fact that of all the clubs on the planet, they are at the very forefront of the bizarre "win every game or you're sacked" mentality. They have an almost limitless pit of money and a deluded, entitled fanbase. I don't think that's the type of model our club should seek to emulate. But yeah, they did exactly what you described, so well done you.

You're actively agitating for us to be more like Chelsea. Think about that for a second.

we're not far off Tree ;)

The people responsible for signing Niasse have all been given their p45s, haven't they?
No Kenwright and Elstone are still hanging around.

You can't blame them for the footballing decision to sign him but you would expect the CEO and Chairman to have requested due diligence into his character when you fork out that sort of dosh.

Not clicking it for fear of potential Rick Rolling.
Here you go mate:

They aren't playing worse football. That's where your argument falters.

Where is the evidence to suggest that it is a realistic expectation that three seasons of chronic mismanagement can be undone in 15 games? Where is the evidence to suggest that four signings can possibly be enough to replace both the dross and the older players that Martinez failed to deal with?

Expecting a magical cure after 15 games is the very epitome of "entitled".
Fewer passes made, fewer passes completed, more long balls than last season. It seems that you and I have different definitions of "good" football. You must have loved footie in the 80's.

Entitled. LOL. I was promised things never being the same (granted by a storied liar, but that's a different thread). They look pretty samey so far.
