Let's have it right though. It was a dreadful window.

Evertonians need to start demanding the best, or we'll never get anywhere. 15 years of excusing the stagnation and decline under Kenwright has left us like a beaten wife.

Exactly, I can't except that the summer window be the standard the football club expects.

If we invest in Jan it will be great but so far Only Gueye was a good buy in summer in my opinion.

The PE teacher is a great scout, he looks out of his depth in regards to money hence thinking Sis and Kone are good value for money.

How does he look out of his depth? It seems the "transfer business" in the last window was left to Bill and his cronies who made an utter pigs ear of it. Walsh was a very late arrival in terms of the transfer window and likely wasn't involved all that much. As for players we're linked with - that's paper talk, nothing to do with Walsh.

One day the full story of that window might come to light.

I can give the fella a chance, however it looks more like Bill is still running the club and Mosh is passive.

Director of football is different to a scout.

How do you know they aren't vfm? when liverpool signed Llanana they got robbed but he's improved

All opinions I guess mate, for me if we over paid for Van Dijk and Romelu instead of over paying for Kone and Sis would be better in my eyes as you're over paying for good players not 'flexing financial muscle' by buying rubbish like we have laughed at LFC for.

He kind of is - Bill is still Chairman. Moshiri will not have full control until he exercises his options on the remaining shares. At that point he will likely install his own CEO and Bill will become simply a figurehead with no say in how the club is run.

Actions do speak louder than words that is why blues are concerned of the PE teacher judging Valencia and Maarten as good players? Bizarre.

..I'm presuming you mean Steve Walsh. I think we have to give him a window or two to be fair. He came in without any knowledge of the current squad, transfer needs or pre-window negotiations. I don't know the fella but I'll save my judgement for later.

The links are looking good EG Morgan and Depay, but so was the summers and that looked to me as a PR scam too sell record shirts and tickets.

'Nothing will be the same'

Embarrassing our club on deadline day in fact I''d say we was laughing stock of the league with that Jet story, the 'watch this space' and signing Valencia.

Also interestingly the club since has removed the statement from it's website that said 'lookout for a busy summer' even Toffee tv did a video on it.
