Lets put things into perspective:

According to nearly everyone in the media we where close to being taken over by John Jay Moores.
We now know Moshiri had been talking to Everton for 18 months prior to him purchasing his shares.Whether the John Moores thing was a smokescreen for Moshiri to make his move we will never know.

We could now be owned by an american with no knowledge of how the premier league works.
The only yank who is probably running a successful money making club in the UK is John Henry with Satan FC.
We could also still be stuck with Kenwright & co and going by the accounts could be in trouble again money-wise.

We now have Farhad Moshiri,he knows the PL,he has been privy to how a successful club like Arsenal is run.
He has come in wiped clear the debt that had us tied to GP.
He has tarted up GP to make it look half decent instead of something that resembled a large corrugated,decrepit building in the middle of a shanty town in Rio.
He got rid of RM and payed substantial compensation for it.
He has hired RK and SW whilst paying compensation to their respective employers to get them.
He has also allowed SW to mould his own recruitment team.

More importantly he is on the verge of overseeing and announcing that Everton will be moving to a state of the art new stadium that will be the envy of every single club in the UK,this will be at Bramley Moore docks on the banks of the royal blue mersey.

He made mistakes in the summer,granted,but he knows this.Hopefully January and next summer will see Koeman moulding his own squad which will enable us to challenge for titles again.

The best striker we have had since Lineker (imo) is on the verge of signing a new contract which will put us up there with the top clubs in europe in regards to wages.

When people like Mino Raiola start making noises in the media in regards to our ambition then people need to sit up and take notice and start believing and trusting Moshiri.

I understand the skepticism,I was probably one of the worst around where Everton are concerned.But I believe Moshiri will bring back the glory days,I also believe he is not alone doing all this,but that discussion is for a different time.

Have faith blues,hold tight because we are in for one helluva ride......

The guy who put £80 million into the club at no cost to the club, enabling the secured and short term debt to be paid off, thereby allowing the land purchase to proceed which in turn will lead to 'the best club ground in the country' and you are calling him a fraud?

I didn't think that the short-term debt had been paid off by Moshiri, that came from the receipt of TV monies in the summer going direct to the third party lender?

Of course - that's all Moshiri is doing here. He lends £80m now, and gets £400m back when he sells the club plus a new stadium. Transfers and build costs will be financed by debt.

It's like a bigger version of Bill and his remortgage of his house. Oh no bill, you've had to borrow £500,000 , but now that's worth £70m or so, without you ever having to invest a penny more.

Great post mate but hey we really need to wait and see about this bit. There's nothing definite yet. Fingers crossed though.
