Aside from making statements through Jim White which is wierd, he cant be faulted here.

Bought in Steve Walsh who was very highly rated in football
Backed the manager/Walsh with money, not his fault they wasted it.
Im assuming he sanctioned the Lukaku sale because he trusted people to vring in a replacement
Started moves on a new ground

If he was the sole owner then he would 100% have some responsibilty, however its not a coincidence that embarassing, shambolic actions (or lack of) are happening and Kenwright/Elstone are still hanging around.

He needs to be ruthless now and make his own decisions.

Almost all of Moshiri's public utterances about football have been mortifying. He has shown absolutely nothing to illustrate he is a "football man". The James McCarthy "family" thing was just bizarre, the Ross Barkley transfer breakdown explanation excruciating and the "expected losses" was naive at best. The fact that Kenwright, Elstone et al are still stinking the gaff out does not give me any faith whatsoever that he has the sense to make the correct shout when it comes to the next manager.
