Lukaku wanted to stay then? I thought he wanted out.

Lukaku did want to stay, he had the pen in hand and everything. It’s voodoo that wanted him out.

With the current regime we'd have sacked Moyes early into his career, we were crap under Koeman but you don't sack your manager and replace him with Big Sam if you have any ambition.

You do if your ambition is to stay in the Premier League.

Unfortunately our problems seem greater than just a big chequebook can sort out.

Short memories, Koemans position was untenable.

It's baffling how many of our fans re-write the past in their heads and twist the reality. The way some have made out that things were great under Martinez, and now one or two are making out like we should have stuck with Koeman. Martinez needed to go, and so did Koeman.

Allardyce wasn't a glamorous appointment but was needed due to where Koeman had put us, and with Unsworth not being able to turn it round either. Big Sam has made us safe, barring a farcical collapse, but should probably be moved on at the end of the season.

Absolute bull ****. Big Sam wasn't needed. A decent manager is what was needed. BFS is still having us playing absoulutely pathetic football and losing. Nothing much has changed. And moshiri is a joke of an owner for hiring him. Embarrassing really. And embarrassing some "fans" have accepted it.
